In addition comprehensive project monitoring, contract compliance and oversight of field progress are all coordinated by Merritt Engineering. We provide thorough field reports including photographs of the work in progress for each site visit. Throughout the project our staff can assist in the review and processing of contractor payment requisitions and change orders.
