The reports document the overall condition of a building; providing a detailed report for both the interior and exterior envelope of the facility. In addition to providing time frames and cost estimates for immediate repairs, our staff will also make recommendations regarding work that may be required to preserve and protect the facility for the future. Major components that can affect the overall value of the property, such as roofing systems, exterior masonry, electrical elevators, parking lots, etc., are inspected and reported to the client.
